1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within [1–2 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

  • Domestic Shipping: [3–7 business days]
  • International Shipping (if applicable): [7–21 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We ship via DHL, FedEx, and Indian Postal/EMS services. EU and international orders may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We offer Express (7-10+ business days via DHL & Fedex) & EMS (3-5 weeks via Government post) shipping options depending on the country. 
  • Order Processing & Shipping Time
    Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our international delivery partner do not deliver orders on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping may not be available at this time.

5. International Shipping & Customs (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Fees imposed by your country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Brew Soul Tea is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Brew Soul Tea and Spices is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Brew Soul Tea and Spices is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within [24hours] of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
