We take great care in delivering high-quality tea, saffron, Spices, ceramics, and wellness products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products—including tea, saffron, spices, consumables, and personal-use items—all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used products
- Consumable items (tea, saffron, spices, etc.)
- Perishable goods
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
This policy is in place to ensure product hygiene, safety, and quality integrity for all customers.
2. Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or replacements if the item you received is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Timeframe to report issues:
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To request support, please email:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Resolution options (if approved):
- Replacement of the item, or
- Refund to your original payment method
3. Return Process (If Approved)
If your return/replacement request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions (if applicable)
- In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
Return address (if required) will be shared after approval.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Request a return (if eligible and approved), and
- Place a new order separately
6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier first.
- If your package appears lost in transit, email us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Ceramic Items (Special Note)
Ceramic products are fragile and may be damaged in transit.
If your ceramic item arrives broken or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Share clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund if verified.
8. Taste & Personal Preference
Tea and saffron are sensory products, and taste preferences vary from person to person.
We do not offer refunds based on taste, preference, or expectation differences.
We encourage customers to explore and find what suits their personal palate.
9. International Orders (If Applicable)
EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason (the 'cooling-off period'). To exercise this right, notify us at brewsoultea@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item in its original, unopened condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or items that have been opened/unsealed for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
