The Wellness Cup — Our Darjeeling Green Tea is loose-leaf, minimally processed, and rich in EGCG — the antioxidant compound that has made green tea one of the most studied beverages in nutritional science. Kashmiri Saffron

There is a field in Pampore, Kashmir, that blooms for exactly three weeks a year.

During those three weeks, the Crocus sativus flowers open at dawn and must be harvested by hand before the sun rises too high. Each flower yields three stigmas. Each gram of saffron requires thousands of flowers. It is, by weight, one of the most labour-intensive agricultural products on earth — and one of the most adulterated.

Our Mongra A+ Grade Kashmiri Saffron is sourced directly from Pampore — deep crimson threads with trumpet-shaped tips, containing 30–40% more crocin than most commercially available varieties. Crocin is the compound responsible for colour, flavour, and much of saffron's documented medicinal value.
